Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Keelhaus Recover, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate business information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Recover to send unsolicited messages, contact opted-out customers, or violate any law. AI-drafted messages must be reviewed by a human before sending in the MVP.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Trials are limited to 14 days. We apply plan limits gracefully and do not delete your data immediately upon downgrade.

5. Integrations

Connected third-party services such as Gmail are governed by their own terms. You grant Keelhaus only the minimum access required to provide Recover features.

6. Limitation of liability

Recover is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keelhaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
